Dr. Celena Johnson
Founder & Visionary Leader
Dr. Celena Johnson is a visionary leader, dedicated educator, and compassionate changemaker whose life's work is rooted in transforming minds, restoring spirits, and shaping the future. Born and raised in Riviera Beach, Florida, she has spent more than two decades pouring her heart into Palm Beach County, leaving an indelible mark on the community that raised her.
Guided by a profound faith and a calling to serve, Dr. Johnson pursued an extensive path of higher education earning an Associate of Arts in General Studies, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a Master's in Educational Management and Administration, and a Ph.D. in Religious Education. This powerful intersection of academic expertise and spiritual grounding became the foundation of her professional legacy.
Over 20 years, Dr. Johnson has served as a pivotal leader within the educational system. Currently working as a district level administrator, she specializes in behavioral management and has become an instrument of district-wide systems that prioritize student well-being, discipline, and academic success. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to creating safe, supportive, and highly effective learning environments, directly influencing the next generation and empowering the educators who support them.
Dr. Johnson's impact extends far beyond the classroom walls. She has advocated for and mentored children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating socio-economic hardships, behavioral challenges, and broken environments. In 2021, answering a vision given to her by God, she founded We Care Consulting LLC to expand her reach and deliver life-changing services to all who need them.

How we began
We Care Consulting LLC was born out of a deep desire to meet people where they are not where the world thinks they should be. Our founder recognized a gap between the support people needed and what was readily available to them, and set out to build something different: a consulting practice rooted in compassion, authenticity, and purpose.
From the very beginning, we have served children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating life's most challenging seasons. Whether someone is rebuilding after hardship, seeking direction, or simply ready to grow, we show up with the tools, the heart, and the commitment to walk alongside them.
Today, We Care Consulting LLC is a trusted resource for individuals and communities across the world offering life coaching, education services, holistic beauty, and motivational speaking that honors the whole person.
